A home is the biggest decision most of us make. The facts shouldn’t be scattered.
Today the story of a Singapore home is spread everywhere. Past prices are on one site and listings on another. The lease or title is in a letter somewhere, the renovation receipts are in a drawer, and the agent who sold it to you is somewhere in an old chat.
On many property portals, paid placement is mixed into search, so spend can decide what gets seen. We keep organic ranking separate. Sponsored homes can appear only in limited, clearly labelled ad spaces and still have to match the buyer’s search.
We’re building one record for every home in Singapore that follows it through its whole life, and stays useful to the people who live in it.
Where we are today
We’ve started with official sale records: every HDB resale since 1990, and condo, EC and landed sales from URA. Listings and your own home record come next.

What we promise
