What we keep
We keep account and contact details, the goals and homes you choose to add, saved searches, watches, enquiries, and records needed to provide your home journey. Optional product activity may include searches and the public home or listing pages you view.
How we use it
We use core data to operate your account and requested features. With your separate permission, we use activity to personalise recommendations or send occasional marketing email. Payments never affect organic search ranking or agent comparison.
Owners and agents
Home claims, exact unit details, documents and selling intent are private by default. An agent sees them only after you choose that agent and grant a specific scope. You can revoke that access. An enquiry goes only to the agent responsible for that listing.
Activity and retention
Activity records use a limited event vocabulary, exclude contact details and exact unit information, and carry a deletion date. Product events are retained for up to 180 days; activity used for personalisation for up to 365 days. Longer-lived records remain only while they provide a requested service or meet a legal or business need.
Your choices
You can withdraw optional consent and reset recommendations in privacy settings. Contact [email protected] to access, correct or delete your account information.
