• Each home is shown once

  If several agents list the same unit, you see one home with all its listings, not the same flat five times.

• You can tell if a listing is current

  When the agent last confirmed it is available, how the price has changed, and how quickly the agent usually replies.

• You decide what you see

  Hide a home or tell us why it is not right, and it stays hidden. We will not bring it back as an ad.

• We tell you why a home is suggested

  Within budget, short commute, near your parents. Change your priorities or reset them whenever you like.

• Search together

  Invite your partner. You each save, reject and take notes, and you can see where you agree and where you don’t.

• Compare the real cost

  Price, cash, CPF and monthly cost side by side, with the sources. If something is unknown, we say so.

• Know where your enquiry stands

  Your question goes to the listing agent and no one else. You can see when it is read and when a viewing is confirmed.

• Nothing is forgotten

  The prices you saw, your notes and your viewings stay with each home, so you never start again.

Low water pressure, a leak, a lift that keeps breaking down. When neighbours report the same thing, you can tell it’s a shared problem, not just your flat.

• You choose to share

  A report stays in your own home record unless you agree it can be used to help others. We say who can see what before you agree.

• Patterns, never people

  A problem shows only once at least 3 different homes in the block report it. No one sees which home or who.

• Not on public pages

  Block patterns never appear on the public site or in search results.

• Gone when it's fixed

  Mark a problem resolved and it drops off. For repairs, we point you to the Town Council, PUB or OneService.
